Light rehab of a 2 bed, 1 bath Single Family Residence that was sold to a home owner.



We rehabbed this property in 1 month and then listed it for the client as well. The out of state owner was not able to do the rehab personally. The rental property had some wear and tear but was in okay shape. We imporved it.



The project budget was ~$20K including siding, HVAC, drywall, painting, basement waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, countertops, appliances, landscaping, and finishes.
