Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with this company. Andy was exceptionally thorough and generous in advising me on my project. I ended up not using their services because he told me honestly that my project was too small for what they usually do, which is an extra positive point for them. They'll be at the top of my list when I have a larger project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Creative Smart Contractors. They redid my wood floors and the whole process was quick, reasonably priced, and beautifully done. The crew was respectful, efficient, and delivered exactly what they promised. My floors look fantastic. I’d absolutely hire them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What you want is someone who communicates well, does excellent work, and at a fair price. They checked the box for all areas. Great experience. 4/19/26 I am adding to this review. Since Creative Smart Contractors did the work we have had multiple heavy rainstorms and all the work they did on and around the chimney has proven to be water tight. If I could add more stars to this review, I would.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Creative Smart Contractors did a superb job on our upstairs bathroom. It was a complete overhaul and they worked their magic. They listened to our wishes and came in on budget. Thank you, Andy, and your amazing team. Kudos!!!

Can we stay in the house during the remodel?

In most cases, yes. We coordinate work to minimize disruption and section off construction areas to keep your family comfortable.

How do you keep children safe during construction?

We secure work zones, store tools safely, and clean up daily. We’re happy to discuss any specific concerns you have about your kids’ ages or routines.

How long will the project take?

Every project is different, but we’ll provide a realistic timeline during your free estimate and communicate regularly so you know what to expect.

What kinds of projects do you handle?

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, mudrooms, additions and whole‑home remodels. If it makes your home more family‑friendly, we do it.

Do you need to schedule an estimate?

In most cases we do need to schedule an estimate because the project requires a lot of details that we can't see from photos. That said, small jobs can be estimated remotely.

Do you charge me when I schedule an estimate?

Most estimates are free. We charge $250 for some insurance claims and for properties you do not own or have under contract. For tenants, we also charge this amount unless you have written permission from the landlord to request a quote.
